It all started with a friend of mine telling me my news and portfolio sections were a little out of date. Two months later, I have a new site. I said "Thanks!" some what sarcastically, as it was countless hours of work and some late nights trying to keep up with paying projects while knocking this project out too. In the end I love the new site and am proud to show it off.
What was done?
Well, a lot. The look and design was completely redone in Photoshop. Once I had worked out the new homepage and templates I had to implement it. Before it could be implemented I realized I should do some much needed upgrades on Drupal. After Drupal was upgraded and the template build out began the site was restructured, more focused and some pages were ultimately cut. Then of course it wasn't Responsive. More work went into building a responsive design to look good on mobile and tablet devices. Then after all that was done I could finally update the portfolio and news.
